It seems reasonable to me to balance our load by restricting MS admissions;
I think we should only make a small initial adjustment, and make further
responses on the basis of concrete experience. MS advising is more complex
(e.g., because of OYOC constraints) than for undergrads. I'd say, cut MS
admissions to reduce acceptances by 25 the first year we have undergrads,
and see what happens.
